Below the tiers, add:
- A small FAQ section (4-6 questions) handling typical objections (refunds, cancellation, payment methods)
- Comparison table for power users who want a feature-by-feature breakdown
- Final CTA band with the same primary action as the recommended tier
Constraints:
- Real, specific copy — no placeholder text
- Each tier's features lead with the outcome, not the mechanism
- Pricing tiers ascending; highlight the middle one
- One primary CTA color across all tiers, matching the product brandFrequently asked questions
How many tiers should a SaaS have?
Three. Two leaves no upsell path. Four overwhelms. The middle tier should be your obvious recommendation — that's where most paying customers should land.
Should pricing be monthly or yearly?
Offer both with yearly discounted ~17–20% (the equivalent of two months free). Default the toggle to yearly if you can afford the cash-flow hit — annual subs reduce churn dramatically.
Should I show pricing publicly or 'Contact sales'?
Show it. 'Contact sales' on every tier kills conversion for self-serve buyers. Reserve it only for true enterprise tiers (custom contract, dedicated CSM). Self-serve tiers must show a number.
Why is one tier highlighted?
Highlighting the middle tier (border, badge, scale) lifts conversion by 15–30% in most tested layouts. Visitors anchor to the cheap tier, look at the expensive tier, then settle on the middle one — and you help them with the visual.
