The mission
Traditional no-code tools made building accessible but trapped the output inside a proprietary runtime. You could build, but you couldn't leave. The work you did belonged to the tool, not to you.
InBuild started with a simple thesis: AI has made code generation fast enough that the trade-off is gone. You can have visual building and exportable, standard code. The tool should be a starting point, not a cage.
Every feature we ship answers one question: does this make you more productive without making you more dependent on us? If the answer is no, we don't ship it.

InBuild is built by a small, distributed team of engineers and designers with backgrounds at developer tools and cloud platform companies. We've shipped production software at scale and know what separates code that looks good in a demo from code you'd actually want to maintain.
