Acceptance

By using InBuild, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

InBuild is an AI-powered visual app builder. You provide prompts and inputs; the service generates application code and visual previews. You may edit, export, and deploy the generated output.

Your content and code

  • You own what you build. Code generated by InBuild belongs to you. You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize exported code without restriction or attribution.
  • Your inputs remain yours. Prompts, images, and content you provide are your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your inputs.
  • AI-generated content: output produced by AI models may not be protectable by copyright in all jurisdictions. InBuild makes no representation about the copyright status of AI-generated code.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may not use InBuild to:

  • Generate malicious software, spam, or phishing content.
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Reverse-engineer the service beyond what is permitted by law.

Billing and refunds

  • InBuild is a paid product. Subscription plans are Pro ($49/mo), Pro+ ($79/mo), and Studio ($200/mo). All plans are also available billed annually at a 20% discount.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel a subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Cancellation keeps your account active until the end of the current period.
  • Subscriptions (Pro, Pro+, Studio) are final sale. We do not offer refunds on subscription charges — you may cancel future renewals at any time from the Billing settings page, and no further charges will occur.
  • One-time plans are different. The Lifetime plan and the Lifetime + Done-For-You bundle are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and each carries its own refund window: Lifetime purchases may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked (see /lifetime for current terms). The bundle's done-for-you portion is refundable per the terms stated on /bundle if you are not satisfied after the included revision rounds; the lifetime-access portion of the bundle follows the same 30-day window as a standalone Lifetime purchase. Where this section and a specific offer page (/lifetime, /bundle) differ, the offer page in effect at the time of purchase controls.

Availability and SLA

We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. The service is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance.

Limitation of liability

InBuild's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your project data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Exported code remains yours permanently.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
