What you can expect
Three sections per email, in this order:
- What we shipped — one or two features with what we learned shipping them.
- What worked / what failed — a tactic we tried, with the actual number.
- One SaaS we admired — a product we spent time studying, with the lesson worth stealing.
Format: short paragraphs, no listicles, no fluff. It goes out when there is something in all three buckets worth your time — which is the honest reason there is no schedule on this page.

How often will I get an email?
There is no schedule, and we would rather say that than promise one we are not keeping. Nothing has gone out to this list yet. When there is something worth sending — a lesson from shipping, a teardown worth reading — it goes out then. If it ever settles into a regular rhythm, this page will say so before we claim it anywhere else.
What will be in it?
Three things we actually have to write about: what we shipped and what we learned shipping it, a tactic that worked or failed with the real number attached, and one SaaS we spent time studying. No filler to reach a length, because there is no length to reach.
Is this just product updates?
No — every send mixes in what worked or failed (a specific tactic, not just "we shipped a feature") and one SaaS we admired, so it's worth reading even if you never use InBuild.
What happens when I sign up?
Your address is stored on the list and you get a short confirmation email. Nothing else is sent until there is something worth sending.
